Do we have your deets?

With a brand new website comes a brand new and improved system! That does mean, however, that we need to update your payment details into the new system to ensure that we're up to date on our end... 

But never fear... Updating your details is easy as 1,2,3! All you have to do is follow the instructions below, and you're good to go! 

  1. Log In to the website. This will take you to the My Account page.
  2. Select Membership Management
  3. Select Update Rebill Details.
  4. Hit Next.
  5. Confirm that your Billing Information is correct, then hit Next.
  6. Fill in Payment Details at the bottom of the page, the hit Confirm Order.
  7. If you have any issues at all, please contact us on (02) 4929 6098.

If you'd prefer we update your payment details on our end, simply CLICK HERE to submit your details securely within our system - we'll enter them into the website from Head Office... They'll automatically save in your membership profile for future payments, making that one less thing to worry about. 

Please note that for your security, once the credit card has been entered onto the website by administration it will be immediately deleted from our system - keeping things as safe, secure and stress free as possible.

Don't want to update your details online? No problem! If you'd prefer us to do it for you, simply give Head Office a call on (02) 4929 6098 and they'll do it for you.
